Croatia, located in Southeastern Europe, is officially known as the Republic of Croatia. It is a member of the UN, the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe and the Council of Europe. The industrial sector is dominated by the shipbuilding. When it comes to organic foods, it is a prominent producer and exports most of it to the European Union. Its industries include: paper, wood products, chemicals and plastics, machine tools, fabricated metal, electronics, petroleum and petroleum refining, rolled steel products, aluminum, construction materials, textiles, shipbuilding, food and beverages and tourism. |
